About Us

Bill joined Maviro as CEO in January of 2020.  He is an accomplished and results-oriented executive with over 30 years in the Chemical Manufacturing and Service Industries.   His leadership includes roles as Plant Manager, Director of Operations, Global Operations, President and COO with companies such as PPG Industries, International Specialty Products, Brock, PSC, and GE.  He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Michael oversees the company’s financial, treasury, and planning activities. His experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and financing is a key asset to Maviro’s continued growth. Michael joined Maviro in 2000 as the Vice President of Finance for U.S. operations and remains President of Maviro USA, Inc. Prior to joining Maviro, he was employed as a public accountant and held other senior financial positions. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant

Chris is the Senior Vice President of Operations. Chris joined Maviro in 2017 with a focus on growing the North American operations. Chris has over 25 years of progressive Industry experience and has come up through the ranks in a variety of roles from field operations, former owner and founder of Innovative Coke Expulsion “ICE” to managing the operations as Senior Vice President for one of the largest industrial services companies in North America. He attended the Rice University advanced management program and has successfully expanded the business Internationally into South America, China, and Europe.

Nick started his management career while serving in the United States Air Force. After serving 14 years, he turned his full-time attention to the private sector in 2007. Nick has over 20 years of management experience and joined Maviro in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans. Nick’s responsibilities include industrial operations and specialty cleaning for Maviro Incorporated, specializing in chemical, high pressure and pipeline services.

Taylor has over 20 years of management and field experience and accepted the position of vice president in 2017. Taylor specializes in the decoking and pipeline services business and has worked at all levels of the business, including field level supervisor, regional manager of the Gulf Coast operations, and vice president of the U.S. decoking operation for a large industrial service provider. Taylor has completed various industrial safety, leadership and loss management courses and is a subject matter expert in the pigging and decoking field.

With over 14 years of Oil & Gas and Heavy Industrial experience in Sales, Operations Management and Supply Chain, Jason brings a diverse approach to Maviro. He is focused on expanding our presence throughout the USA and our service offerings to current customers in an effort to meet our customers’ efficiency and predictability needs. Jason holds a master’s degree in business (MBA) from Brigham Young University. He joined the Maviro team in 2016.

Experience includes; project management, "control room operators training" for preparing plant personnel on safety and job procedures, procedural development for all types of cleaning tasks and methods, pre-project planning, and execution of assigned project tasks associated with the Industrial Cleaning Industry.

Charles is a former owner and co-founder of Rocky Mountain Industrial Services (RMIS),
starting the company in 1997. Charles has continued to manage the day-to-day business functions of RMIS, serving as Vice President of Business Services, since being acquired by Maviro in 2016. In addition to RMIS, he has owned and managed numerous other companies over the last 28 years.

Lee Coll brings 40 years of expertise in industrial services, specializing in chemical cleaning and pre-commissioning for global clients. Starting at Halliburton and now leading RMIS’s Specialty Services Group, Lee blends proven methods with innovative strategies for optimal results.

His extensive experience spans refining, petrochemical, pulp & paper, utility, and construction industries. With an engineering-focused approach, he ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on every project.

In addition to RMIS, Lee has owned and managed several companies over the past 28 years, showcasing his leadership and industry expertise.

Steve has been in the catalyst business for over 22 years. He has held several management roles and has completed projects all over the world.  Steve joined Maviro in 2017 and heads up the Canadian operation and is based in Sarnia, Ontario.

Jim joined Maviro in 2017 in the role of Director Business Development and has over 20 years ago in operations management Sales Manager, Corporate Account Manager and VP of Sales. He currently heads up a new Northeast Industrial Region.

John Deajon started in the catalyst business in 1995 and worked in the Field and throughout his career touched on all aspects of the business. Currently VP of the Maviro’ s US Catalyst operations based I the US Gulf Coast.

Over 18 years’ experience in all aspects High Pressure Water Blasting, Industrial Cleaning, Camera Inspection and Cure In Place Piping (CIPP). After earning a degree in Process Plant Technology Ryan started as an equipment operator and moved into senior management roles.
