Maviro provides specialty industrial services to a variety of markets in North America, including refineries, petrochemical, manufacturing, utility, and pulp and paper. Our services include pigging and decoking, catalyst services—including craneless catalysts loading (Matta-Lift®)—surface preparation, including laser cleaning, chemical cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, and vacuum services. Due to our experience and expertise, Maviro has become an industry leader in industrial maintenance, industrial projects, and shutdown and turnaround services. With multiple locations across North America, including our corporate headquarters in Houston, TX, Maviro is equipped to handle projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. We grew our business over decades, committed to having great people matched with top-quality equipment. Over 75% of our supervisors and managers have more than 20 years of experience in the industry! ## William G. Deering II Chief Executive Officer ## William G. Deering II Chief Executive Officer Bill joined Maviro as CEO in January of 2020.  He is an accomplished and results-oriented executive with over 30 years in the Chemical Manufacturing and Service Industries.   His leadership includes roles as Plant Manager, Director of Operations, Global Operations, President and COO with companies such as PPG Industries, International Specialty Products, Brock, PSC, and GE.  He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. . ## Michael Tringali CFO & Treasurer ## Michael Tringali CFO & Treasurer Michael oversees the company’s financial, treasury, and planning activities. His experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and financing is a key asset to Maviro’s continued growth. Michael joined Maviro in 2000 as the Vice President of Finance for U.S. operations and remains President of Maviro USA, Inc. Prior to joining Maviro, he was employed as a public accountant and held other senior financial positions. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant ## Chris Boase Senior Vice President ## Chris Boase Senior Vice President Chris is the Senior Vice President of Operations. Chris joined Maviro in 2017 with a focus on growing the North American operations. Chris has over 25 years of progressive Industry experience and has come up through the ranks in a variety of roles from field operations, former owner and founder of Innovative Coke Expulsion “ICE” to managing the operations as Senior Vice President for one of the largest industrial services companies in North America. After serving 14 years, he turned his full-time attention to the private sector in 2007. Nick has over 20 years of management experience and joined Maviro in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans. Taylor specializes in the decoking and pipeline services business and has worked at all levels of the business, including field level supervisor, regional manager of the Gulf Coast operations, and vice president of the U.S. decoking operation for a large industrial service provider. Starting at Halliburton and now leading RMIS’s Specialty Services Group, Lee blends proven methods with innovative strategies for optimal results. His extensive experience spans refining, petrochemical, pulp & paper, utility, and construction industries. With an engineering-focused approach, he ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on every project. In addition to RMIS, Lee has owned and managed several companies over the past 28 years, showcasing his leadership and industry expertise. ## Steve Dent VP Catalyst Canada ## Steve Dent VP Catalyst Canada Steve has been in the catalyst business for over 22 years. He has held several management roles and has completed projects all over the world.  Steve joined Maviro in 2017 and heads up the Canadian operation and is based in Sarnia, Ontario. ## Jim Vogt VP, Industrial NE ## Jim Vogt VP, Industrial NE Jim joined Maviro in 2017 in the role of Director Business Development and has over 20 years ago in operations management Sales Manager, Corporate Account Manager and VP of Sales. He currently heads up a new Northeast Industrial Region. ## John Deajon VP CATALYST USA ## John Deajon VP CATALYST USA John Deajon started in the catalyst business in 1995 and worked in the Field and throughout his career touched on all aspects of the business. Currently VP of the Maviro’ s US Catalyst operations based I the US Gulf Coast. ## Ryan Bogers VP, Industrial ## Ryan Bogers VP, Industrial Over 18 years’ experience in all aspects High Pressure Water Blasting, Industrial Cleaning, Camera Inspection and Cure In Place Piping (CIPP). After earning a degree in Process Plant Technology Ryan started as an equipment operator and moved into senior management roles. ## Nathan Boswell Environmental, Health, and Safety ## Nathan Boswell Environmental, Health, and Safety Nathan Boswell leads Maviro’s Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across North America, bringing over a decade of experience in industrial safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management. A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), and Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), Nathan is dedicated to building a proactive safety culture that protects people, the environment, and operational integrity.
